6 On The Square opened its doors in June of 2007…
continuing the long tradition of music performed in the venue. Founded as a volunteer-based, not for profit organization, 6OTS relies on a cadre of volunteers at each performance. Our intimate size means that the audience is literally feet away from the performers and stage area. Small tables, each with candlelight, make for the perfect coffee house atmosphere during each show.
Those who enter 6OTS will find a cozy listening space with homemade desserts, a rotating selection of artwork on our walls from local artists, and be able to see the fingers moving on the frets and hear the performer’s toes tapping along in rhythm to their music. Amazing acoustics coupled with our sound system make for the best in listening to the many performers who have graced our stage.
